Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $5.99

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $24.99

Free Shipping

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 (before tax).

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • We do not ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or internationally.

Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

  • We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for assistance.

  • For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
